Physical Therapy Clinic for Makers
Cole Bausch PT, DPT at Alpine Physical Therapy will be leading us in our second physical therapy workshop tailored specifically to makers! Whether you missed the last workshop or weren’t able to attend, this two hour learning session will be highly beneficial to you.
What to expect:
A presentation that talks about building resilience in your body for the occupation that you are practicing.
Discussion about how movement can build resilience within your body so you're much less likely to suffer an injury.
Walking through some body weight "movement flows" that can be done anywhere without a gym or equipment.
Teaching of movement and workstation ergonomics.
Our first session in the summer was free, but we’re charging for attendance this time around to compensate Cole and Alpine Physical Therapy for their time and use of their space.
Details:
Location: Alpine Physical Therapy, downtown Missoula.
Time: 12-2 pm
Date: Saturday, January 20th
